Free parking is available in a paved meadow next to the event grounds.

Yes, fully equipped facilities are on-site.
Is the event family-friendly??
Yes. Families are encouraged to attend. The event will have a welcoming atmosphere suitable for children and adults alike, making it a great experience for the whole family.
Will there be medical staff and security?
Yes, both will be on-site throughout the day.
Do I need to bring a chair for seating?
No, seating will be provided. You do not need to bring your own chair unless you prefer a specific style of seating for personal comfort.
Will there be food for purchase?
Yes. A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase from vendors on-site. You’re welcome to bring cash or card, depending on vendor preference.
Is the event handicap accessible?
Yes. The venue is handicap accessible, with accessible parking, ramps, and restroom facilities to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
Can I bring pets?
Only service animals are permitted. Please do not bring other pets for the comfort and safety of all attendees.
Will there be baptisms?
Yes. Baptisms will be available during the event. If you would like to participate, please bring a towel and a change of dry clothes. Volunteers will be available to help guide you through the process.
Will the event happen rain or shine?
Yes. The event is scheduled to take place regardless of weather conditions. In the case of rain, appropriate accommodations will be made to ensure the program continues safely.
